feedback@goozex.com will help you in getting this removed. It will take a couple of days, unfortunately. I know how you feel, I've been nailed by this several times as well.
Never had this prob. and hope I do not! Had to wait for a game etc and also wait for the system to give me feedback after 20th day too! but sometimes I think it is b/c the newbies have not got the site figured out yet! Best of luck to you and feedback@goozex.com is the best way!

Wow, trading this kind of game full package sure seems to cause a lot of problems. It's a good thing they don't allow Rock Band to be traded!
Its has happened to me before, I accept a trade and when i go to check the user's page its already gone and I have to wait 21 days to get my points
