i'm matched for a game but the person has "sent" 2 games before but people have not recieved the games,is there anything i can do to cancel it?
if the game matches you can request a cancellation but the user is under no obligation to accept
will i be refunded my trade token and points if i do not recieve the game?

You are only allowed to leave 'did not receive' feedback after 16 days. But keep an eye on the user - if he is a bad trader then his account will get disabled, in which case you can email Goozex.
