losing points???

i sold three games all over 100pts i sold my unreal tournement 3 game (1000pts) i had atleast 1350pts now i have 950 i didnt buy anything i requested things but none of them were confirmed they were shipping it said waiting for the sender to reply. i have cancalled like 2 trades because i sold alot of games and ran out of stamps. my cpu crashed so i wasn't on for 2 days and now im down around 25 dollars can someone please help?

Those games in your request list, that say Pending approval from seller, it will STILL take away the required points and trade credit, if he does not accept it than your points will be given back to you

yeah its basically like a middleman for you holding your goods till the seller accepts and then if they do it transfers the points to them untill feedback is given if they have +20 feedback score. if not the keep them till feedback is given.
