Okay i send a psp disk which was worth 500 points and i know it's in great condition and works perfectly because I own it, i bought it new and no one else plays it. I send it and the guy said it froze his psp and gives me a negative score ? He is obviously lying how do i prove this ? How can he get away with this ? How do i handle this ? I knew there had to be a catch to this site. How can someone get away with something like this ?
I looked up the guy you traded with trading history and it looks like this isnt the first time he has done that. You need to contact goozex and request they test the game. They will then request the user send the game in to them for testing and if it works or if he does not send it in you will get your points. E-mail all the information about the trade to feedback@goozex.com.
Lexlas, calm down, right now you are upset and jumping to conclusions. Anyway, contact goozex as suggested through email feedback @ goozex.com <no spaces> and tell them your user name, the buyer's user name, the game in question, and a brief but concise statement of what happened. Keep posting here in this thread to get more help.

Okay i am calm, I will contact them to see what happens with this ripp off artist. Thanks
There's not much to add constructively, since, as you've been told, you should just email Goozex. That said...
Make a Youtube video and bash Goozex? Uhhh... you'd be more likely to get people coming to Goozex for the first time after seeing your video. Rather an immature sounding reaction, though...
According to the local authorities the culprit is in this picture:
I saw that guy on America's Most Wanted.

mafafu: Where the *^%$ did my hamburger go?!
The Hamburgular is just a meat puppet for the kingpin, Grimmace. Ducky is what we like to call "A lady of the night" she's the secondary source of income for the McDonald crime family. Anyone looking to join Operation "Find the McNuggets" (formally known as Operation "Sad Clown")should expect to be poked, proded, and then finally probed before being allowed to join the task force.
yeah, I checked out his profile, this guy is kind of new to goozex and out of three received games he said two were broken and gave the senders neg feedback. Out of two games he sent himself, he received one neg feedback for a faulty disc. Sounds like he's not being straight up here.
And, for future reference, you should always:
- Use delivery confirmation, so no one can say 'never got it'.
- Test the game out yourself before sending.
- Protect it by putting it in some sort of case, I use little single cases for my 'disc & manual' PSP games.
- Protect it from shipping damage by using a decent bubble mailer.
If you do all of that, which takes little time or money, you will help yourself considerably.
Some games really *do* lock up some systems, but that isn't a good reason to leave a negative unless it is obvious that the game is in crappy shape.

I did all of the above. I sent it in a bubble wrap envelop inside the case with the manual, and i did get a delivery confirmation also. There is nothing else i could have done to make this transaction go any smoother. He just isn't fair.
Email feedback@goozex.com and dispute the negative feedback. Be very detailed in the email.
