I have 3200 points right now and have already played a lot of the great 360 games like bioshock, halo 3, crack down, gears of war but I don't know any good games I should request. Any ideas?...just no RPGs...just not into them. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You should check out some of the games PSWii reviews. That would be a good place to start.
Maybe pick up a game that is/will be used for MVP events to possibly earn more points?

The Orange Box would be great and it's dropped in points (down to only 800 now). Ninja Gaiden 2 is also a decent pick up, but you might have to wait for it.
Only those lines, if you want to try and get to the front of the line, Soul Calibur 4 is released next week and next month has Star Wars: Force Unleashed. I think you'll quickly find games that interest you...ah! Too Human also releases next month! Play the demo first, as some people LOVE it and others HATE it.

Yes, I never finished it for the 360, but I played all of them for the PC. All games are fantastic, and well worth the price of admission. For the amount of quality you get from these games, there isn't a better way to spend those points. You won't regret it.
The Half-Life 2 story is top notch, and a blast to play through.
Portal is awesome. Very different, and you get a good sense of satisfaction as you play through the levels.
Team Fortress 2 is a very cool multiplayer game. However most of the community plays on the PC. But it's still a blast to play.
Wait for November. You'll be glad to have the points.

Just to add to popular opinion, Orange Box is amazing and its a great idea to hold on to some points for upcoming games like Too Human, Star Wars: Force Unleashed, and even though you said no RPG's Fable 2 is going to be fantastic.
