Search in Recreation Zone, Activity level: every day (realy doesn't mean you need to play every day)

Just hit the directions on the D-pad when prompted. I'll check the squad daily for new members.
The game does have a learning curve, but it is one of my favorite 360 games, and I'll help people learn the way.
