I am trying to decide what feedback to leave for a trade. I requested the full package (full game and guitar) for GH3 PS3. A fairly new trader (like +8) sent out the game and guitar which made me happy. The problem is the game is not complete. It is game, case, instructions but the cover art (that slides into game case and is seen on the outside) was not included. Thus not a full package. I am going to leave a tip anyway because I know those things are a bear to ship but what feedback would you leave (I still need to test the guitar and game to make sure they work but ps3 games are pretty hard to mess up)
+10 Positive The game I have received plays perfectly, and the condition is as I requested or better
+5 Positive The game I received plays perfectly and the condition is as I requested, but the overall package quality is not as good as expected
Neutral I requested a "Full Package", but received only a "Disc + Manual"
Thoughts anyone? I hate to trash his feedback with a neutral since he went through the expense to ship the game.
technically the neutral is the correct way to go... but i would probably do the +5
and we'll have to play GH sometime, now that you have it on ps3
I'd plus 5 it because it is the bundle. plus, I don't think you can give tips with a neutral.
Send a PM, as it might have been an oversight....my advice is always to start with a PM to perhaps ameliorate the situation prior to leaving feedback.

i cant tell you what to do but if it was me i would just give the guy a full positive feedback just because of the extra expense and hassle he went though to pack and ship the guitar controller along with the game. to leave a neutral or plus five feedback after the guy did that just because the cover sleeve is missing just doesn't seem all that fair to me.
I'd say a +10, especially since you're planning on a tip; though I'm pretty sure he wouldn't feel so bad if you gave him a +5 and tip. He was pretty fair in what he gave you IMO.

Personally, I'd still give him a +10. I feel like the shipping is too expensive to warrant otherwise.
