So I was thinking the other day, what would happen if a game I sent out got lost in the mail. Would i still get the points for sending the game or would those get revoked? I know i'd get negative feedback, i'm just curious what would happen to the points on my side. If i lost the points, that would REALLY suck, especially if it was a 1000 point game.
i think each situation would be handled on a case by case basis.
Always use Delivery Confirmation.

Having Delivery confirmation would help your cause. Maybe in the end it would result in points refunded with no negative.
Well one of my games got lost in the mail, but goozex dint care ... even though the buyer wanted to spare me the neg, goozex dint care, they still will give me the neg, after a supposed investigation they made ( none whatsowever ) But you will be safe if you use DC .

So did you use delivery confirmation or a proof of mailing? If not there is not much to do or investigate (other than check the other user for a pattern of behavior)
Ya. but do you get to keep your points is what im really wondering. Like i said, it would really suck to lose 1000 points because the stupid USPS lost the game. Also, does it cost extra for DC? Does that give like a tracking number or something? I save my reciepts that i get when i go drop off full packages at UPS stores, but not my cd onlys (i drop those in the blue boxes). How do i get delivery confirmation?
Again, Goozex will look at it, case by case.
When delivering in person at a post office, ask for delivery confirmation (i think its 65 or 75 cents). If you print out your label from a website (digital delivery confirmation), then it costs 18 cents for First Class and is free for Priority Mail.
Cheers ^__^

To answer your question, if you receive a negative I believe you lose your points (initially). Like everyone said Goozex handles/investigates negatives (if prompted).
If you order your postage online through Stamps.com, the USPS website, or Paypal, Delivery Confirmation is only 18 cents. With Priority Mail, it is free.
I believe that Stamps.com is a pay service, but the other two websites don't have any membership fees.
