Really? After how Spore and Little Big Planet are raising the bar for social communities online and user created content, you don't see Animal Crossing as the biggest missed opportunity ever?
The bar has been raised in my opinion by both of those other games and I think we all here expected Animal Crossing to be the game that Nintendo could pull their version off with. It practically begs to compete with both of thoughs.
Animal Crossing now looks so dated and simple minded because of it.
