I think we should have the ability to trade points in for trade credits or the ability to purchase just 1 trade credit.
It could be the same conversion rate or a little more than it already is.
$5 for 5 trade credits
$5 for 100 points
so 100 points = 5 trade credits, or maybe 150-250 for 5 trade credits
Or the ability to purchase just 1 trade credit. Maybe make it $1.25 or $1.50, so it is still a better deal to purchase $5 worth.
I don't bring in very many games, I send more out than I bring in and I fear that it will always be like that because I plan on only getting new games and not really ever picking up old games, so the new ones will cost more than I get off my old ones. So I don't really want to have to purchase $5 and probably not even use them within the next year.

Goozex = Greedy?
I really don't know where to begin...
- Do you think Goozex is a government funded program for the benefit of the citizens? Of course they're going to need to make money somewhere.
- Where did you see Goozex claim it was just the price of postage? The "$1 per trade" is consistently mentioned throughout the site and advertisements.
- How did you go nearly five months without figuring out one of the most basic aspects of the site? Did you never bother to read the "How it Works" section, the FAQ, or one of the thousands of threads about trade credits on the forums?
- $1 per trade is greedy to you? Good luck at GameStop then, I'm sure they will be much more generous with their trade-in policy!

Look, forgive me for not having fully read the How does it work section. I work 13.5 hours every day, and am exausted. Goozex was working fine for me all this time, only having to buy postage. I didnt see the trade points category because its not in the same place as the trades: & trade points: at the top of the page. Maybe that needs to be changed.
I'm swearing because Im mad that there's always this prowler in every forum, looking for people who make mistakes, or newbs, or people that dont fully read the faqs, just so they can capitalize on them and make themselves feel smarter.

FYI, When you get banned you aren't refunded anything for any points you have built up, they just disappear. So right now you might want to suck it up, buy some trade credits, and zero out your account, cause you aren't going to last much longer with that attitude. This a friendly community for game discussion. You want to flame and curse people out. Take that shit to gamefaqs.

That was an insult to a service we all love. Madfigs responded appropriately, especially since your "quote" isn't factual - Goozex never has claimed that. You are off base.

Goozex has to do something to make a profit, due to it being a private business, thus it charges $1 per game received. However, you can send games for 'just the price of postage'. IMHO, it is an incredibly fair deal compared to my other options.
As far as working 13.5 hours a day, I understand. I put in 60-70 hours a week, on average, myself. In fact, I just worked 12 straight after 3 hours of sleep (long story). At times, I too, get so annoyed that everything takes me straight to the edge. As long as the thread is not locked, you can go back through and edit out anything you feel was just the result of tiredness, so as to appear a little more balanced in your approach. Your choice, naturally.
