Email feedback@goozex.com and let them know of the situation. They can change the feedback. Include all relevant information in your email (names, the game trades, ect.)

I understand you are frustrated but I believe you get 7, 3 and 1 day notices that you should leave feedback if you haven't received the game yet, you should have left feedback at the 1 day or at least the 3 day mark.
Please email feedback@goozex.com and inform them of the situation, inlcude all details about the trade. If you wish you can keep us posted here.
Though you are responsible to leave feedback, it is more important that correct feedback is left in the user's history. Please do as the fine gentlemen above have instructed.
