Goozex is giving away one Sony PlayStation 3 (MSRP $399.99) and one Xbox 360 Elite (MSRP $449.99) to two lucky Goozex.com members!
To be eligible to win either prize, you must be a registered user on Goozex.com and have referred a minimum of three email activated users who have given valid mailing addresses. Entries for the PlayStation 3 prize will be accepted from July 10, 2008 until midnight August 10, 2008 (PST). On August 11, 2008, Goozex will randomly select one winner among the eligible entrants. Entries for the Xbox 360 Elite prize will be accepted from August 12 until midnight September 12, 2008 (PST). On September 13, 2008, Goozex will randomly select one winner among the eligible entrants.
The schedule for the contest is:

*September 13, 2008 – Goozex selects winner of Xbox 360 Elite Giveaway Promotion
Goozex.com reserves the right to announce the winner as it deems appropriate.
Only one winner will be selected for each prize. To be eligible the winner must be associated with a minimum of three new users to Goozex within the promotion dates for each prize. To be associated with a new user an entry must use either official Goozex invitational emails, referral links or their own username in the sign-up entry field titled “invitation code.” The referred new users that join Goozex between July 10, 2008 and August 10, 2008 may only be counted for the PlayStation 3 prize. The referred new users that join between August 12, 2008 and September 12, 2008 may only be counted towards the Xbox 360 Elite giveaway prize.
Multiple accounts, unconfirmed accounts, fake email addresses, or inaccurate home addresses will disqualify an entry into the sweepstakes. Goozex does not support the spamming of other websites or email accounts to enter this contest and reserves the right to disqualify a winning user due to spamming complaints. The winner must have a valid United States, Canadian or Bermudian mailing address on file with Goozex at the time of the contest. Any prize won by a minor will be awarded to his parent or legal guardian. The winner may not redeem the prize for cash, Goozex points or trade credits. The winner will be notified by email and has 96 hours to respond via email; failure to accept the prize within this timeframe may result in the selection of an alternate winner. Goozex will mail the prize within 6-8 weeks to the winner at the address provided upon registration.
By entering this contest, you agree that Goozex, Inc. may use your name, likeness, and website for promotional purposes without further payment unless prohibited by law. Each winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes based on the value of the prize received. No purchase necessary. No monetary payment is required in order to receive the prize offered. Winning odds depend on the number of entries. All federal, state, province and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
If this contest can not be run as planned for any reason beyond Goozex's control, such as infection by computer virus, tampering, or technical failures, Goozex at its sole discretion reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify this contest without liability. Goozex, Inc. is not responsible for any loss, injury, liability or damage of any kind resulting or arising from or in connection with the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, or participation in the contest. Any and all guarantees and warranties for the merchandise prize are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions and the winner agrees to look solely to the manufacturer for any such warranty or guarantee claim.
