Anyone else's hand hurt when they play this? It says in the beginning to try and keep your hand straight, but i can't do that without the screen being tilted, which makes it VERY hard for me to keep up with the notes on expert for some reason (probably cause im used to top down on consoles...). I can only get through like 10 songs and i need to take a break or my hand really starts hurting (left hand btw, the hand i hit the buttons with if u didn't assume that already). Anyone have any tips for positioning my hand or do i just have to play this game a few songs at a time?

I found the same to be true.  I had to put it down after a few songs.  Consider it a blessing of sorts - it might take you longer than a day to beat it... Stick out tongue

true... I probably would've beaten it today (just got it today). Now it'll probably last me till tomorrow haha. Though i got it for the replayability, not the 1-play thru

I found that just holding the strap with my thumb (instead of putting my entire hand through the strap) eleviates the hand cramping.

Hope that works for you.

That does help but I can't seem to be able to switch my fingers as fast that way. Guess i'll try and get used that way because it definitely does help.

Yes it really hurt my hands and my forearm playing it. I did find that by slipping your hand in the least ammount while still being able to touch the keys makes it hurt less. But overall I don't play it anymore because of the bad design.
