not getting my poitns

it has been 2 weeks and still no points, i sent the game in good condition, i havnt gotten NE feedback, and i kinda would like it if i got my feedback so i can get the game i want =/ is there ne way to inform admins or mods or something so they can credit me?

 21 days then automatic positive is giver, best bet is to PM the user and ask if he has received then to leave feedback

 if you sent the Game with Delivery Confirmation (which you should always do) and it shows that the game was delivered you can e-mail feedback(at)goozex.com. otherwise just wait another week for the automatic feedback.

I sent delivery confirmation with UPS, and it shows that  the buyer got my game and signed for it. He just for some reason wont send me my positive feedback.
