How about subscription packs that bundle together things like 5 trade credits and 100 goozex points for the price of them combined monthly? It'd be a nice way to make sure you always have credits and so forth.
It's an idea, but I would hate having to pay for another subscription on top of XBL and other things. If it ain't broke, don't fix it :)

I think this a good idea for the credits, not the points as most people don't buy points
This was suggested about six months ago, I believe. Goozex doesn't offer this because they do not currently bill you directly for anything. I'm sure they could set it up to work with Paypal, but I don't think they've looked int it.

Eg, 5cred + 500pts = $27
