     I used to run Cross Country in my ancient HS days. On another track note, did anyone read the article about the Texas high school girl who won her state HS track competition by herself! SHe was the only eligible team member and won the whole thing singelhandedly.

     dang thats crazy. i haven't ever heard of that. 

    I- Weapon-X, what year did you graduate? lol that front flip was awesome.

    I threw up once during a track meet,in front of a stadium full of spectators.Lost all interest since then.Kudos to the girl from Texas!

    Well I'm only 12 but every summer I do a track camp and I do the High Jump, Mile, and Relay.

     that's pretty good, i started running track when i was 10 in the 4th grade. right now i'm a junior in high school and i'm still running. i find it to be the most fun and exhilirating sport there is.

    2005, my coach actually smacked me for doing that at the meet, but they had no jumpers so it was pretty much free points
