No I am not wireless. I have a cable modem. I have a usb port that plugs into my tower if that would be of any benefit. The reason I am asking this because I was offered a trade that I requested, but it was offered virtually, and I don't think I can use it that way?

I got very excited when I found this guide, because I had a lot of Wii Points already on my console. I got matched right away for a WiiWare game and confirmed for one day "shipping". I sent a PM to the recipient with my Wii code requesting theirs and got no reply. I did the same thing on the "delivery" day (yesterday), and still no response. Now I'm worried I'm going to get negative feedback. Any suggestions? I can't sent the game until I get their Wii code, and it's not listed in their profile.
I would just continue to PM the person, if they don’t respond, it would not be your fault the trade would not completed. They could just be away for a couple days. Are they new? Perhaps they are absentee Goozers out for a free game. Keep us updated.

They're not new - they have 16 trades and have logged in as recently as yesterday! Still no reply. I don't want to cancel the trade, but I also don't want it to run the full 21 days and auto-close; I'd like to deliver the game. Shouldn't the person care that they had the points deducted from their total?

I know what you mean. Although I'm still relatively new, I always message the person before I send out the game. So far every message I've sent before doing a trade never got a single reply back to me.
Either people really don't like to reply to messages here or something is wrong with the messaging system on goozex. I'm guessing it's more of the former which makes me wonder why don't they reply back???
wouldn't it be less trouble if you just bought the points yourself
Some people have excess Wii points (like me), and some people have excess Goozex points. It would be a very nice exchange, if it worked. So far my experience has not been great. In addition to my first match (who has now responded with a 12-digit code instead of the 16-digit Wii friend code) being wildly slow to respond, my second match is really hostile and doesn't want to add my Wii friend code to his console because he doesn't know me. I had added a bunch of Virtual Console games, but based on these two transactions I might delete them. This is kind of a headache - I stress out if I can't get someone their game right away, physical or virtual.
Also, I think some of the fault might be in Goozex's messaging system. I haven't looked too hard, but as far as I can tell, there's no way to check your messages on Goozex, and you're not alrerted that you have one when you log in. The only way I can see messages is when they are delivered to my email, which I don't always check at the same time that I check Goozex.
Could YOu send somone a channel as a gift such as the internet channel, or phot channel etc.
As long as it is on the Shop Channel, you can send it. As far as Goozex is concerned though, you can only send the games listed in their system.
Hey, for these VC/WiiWare trades, what does it take to get more listed in Goozex? Since it is dependent on a user gifting the game to another user, who decides what games end up in Goozex? The person sending the gift? Do they just contact Goozex and say "Hey, I'm willing to gift [random VC/WiiWare title]."
There are plenty of WiiWare games I'm interested in trading for and a fair amount on Goozex. The VC is horribly underrepresented, and obviously some of the point values need some tweaking (been said on here before I believe). So what's the system for getting these games listed on Goozex? At this point I'm more interested in some of the downloadable games and not retail games to use my Goozex points on.
By the way, 150-200 points I think is perfect for most of the WiiWare games. 500 for Mega Man, though? Who thought that up?
