I'm just wondering what we can do when a user clearly leaves unfair feedback. Today I got a feedback for instance saying "User sent Disc Only, how do you lose the case/manual for a newer game" when the person had requested Disc Only. I had gotten the game from Gamestop (which we all know doesn't always include the games complete) but the disc was in excellent condition and I even bought a brand new jewel case to ship it in along with a bubble mailer. The user did give me positive feedback but claimed it wasn't in the condition they expected and therefore I get less feedback points. Is there anything we can do about things like that? I mean if a person left negative feedback and said "User was awesome and did everything perfect! Thanks!" that'd obviously be a mistake. I think the same should apply when people leave lesser/negative feedback for something they requested (like disc only). What say you guys? Am I just over-reacting or do I have a case in situations like these? I guess I'm still upset about the negative I was unfairly given a month ago after I even offered to send the guy a new copy of the game and he never responded to my offer.=JJ=
madfigs:I got a +5 once because "there was dog hair in the box" and they changed that one to +10.
Every time someone suggests the trading of older games, movies, books, CDs, or sandwiches, R2K kills a baby dinosaur.
I'd like to go ahead an apologize to anyone that receives a game from me now. I never thought this was a problem, and will try to teach my dog to take her hair outside.
+5'd, Ouch!
I actually got a game today that had some debris in the case. I'm just going to PM the person who shipped it and let them know they should wipe the case out before shipping.
I have received a Haunting Ground that had, what I hope was, chocolate on the case. I keep a nice supply of empty DVD cases and I quickly changed the case out (it was a Blockbuster case to boot.)

What, no smell/taste check?
Now I have a user that leaves neutral feedback saying "it would have been nice to have a case" for a game he requested Disc Only. I even purchased a jewel case to send it out in. Talk about unfair =P
e-mail goozex and they will definately fix it
Check out my travel blog (I'm in New Zealand currently) - www.lakerr.com
Goomba email Goozex, they should defiantly fix these clear feedback issues.
Did they fix the first feedback?

Last month I sent a practically new game to someone (I had removed the shrinkwrap, but never actually got around to playing it). I got a +5, with no comment about what was wrong. Unless it was damaged during shipping (it was in a bubble envelope), I don't how the trader could have expected more.
I haven't been persnickety yet, because I don't want to be one of "those people". There was one game I got that probably deserved a +5 (cigarette smell, well-worn manual, scratched disc), but I couldn't bring myself to do it since the game was complete, and the game seems to work fine. Thankfully, all the other games I've gotten have been in fantastic shape.
I'm done bellyaching now .
This thread made me go check out all the feedback I've left for others to see if I ever gave a +5. Never have. I've gotten a couple though. Both were for older games that one could reasonable expect to be banged up, but I'm not too concerned about it.
