The question was inspired by Akdar who, in her infinite wisdom, did not reveal us her plans for Goozex domination. I can humbly say that Goozex has no plan on selling PS3's any time soon. The question was intended to get a feeling of what you feel the value of the Goozex points is, especially when confronted with the opportunity to use them for a "real" gaming product and not for a game.
I hope Akdar won't strike me with a light saber for saying this....

I hear you. There are only a handful of PS3 exclusives I would like to play, like Folklore, Heavenly Sword, Motorstorm, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Ratchet and Clank, Resistance, Uncharted, Unreal 3, and Warhawk. And there's a couple upcoming games I'd like to play, like MGS, Resistance 2, the inevitable Ratchet and Clank sequal(s), Lair (after it gets patched to play with analog sticks), Haze (although this will likely come to 360 eventually), and it sounds like a PS3 Crysis is in the works.
That's really a very small amount of gaming compared to the amount of games I can play with a 360 (including 360 exclusives and non exclusives). I will likely wait until the PS3 gets another price cut before I grab one - I do think the PS3 has possibly more longevity than 360 and Wii, and I'm curious to see if Home will really have trophies that emulate and improve upon the 360's gamerscore formula.
But really... what it comes down to... is the fact that I have $300 worth of gift certificates to Best Buy, and what the f*** am I going to spend that on? I don't need to spend it on games, I got Goozex for that (although I'd really like to play Condemned 2 and I'm not very high in the line for that). I already have GTA4 and Spore reserved and paid for. Yeah, all this fake money burning a hole in my pocket.

If we spend points to Goozex HQ, we'd end up removing them from the system. I think it would only useful if we experience hyperinflation or something. Not to mention that fewer games may be traded because people would be saving for a PS3 and would rather not spend their points on anything else.
