this has not happened to me, but what if you send a game out right with all included and someone gives u bad feedback just to screw u over, is that possible?

If you wish to dispute neutral/negative feedback, send an email to feedback @ goozex.com <no spaces> with your name, the other person's name, the game in question, all PM/Emails (if applicable), and a brief but concise statement of what is going on. All broken/pirated games will be required to be sent back to Goozex (I believe) for their inspection. But feel free to ask this board if something happens and we will do our best from our experience to guide you to a conclusion.

Also, to prove that you did send a game in case of the "game not received" negative feedback, purchase delivery confirmation for your own protection.

Always use delivery confirmation so they can't say they didn't get it and talk with Goozex if they claim the game doesn't work.
