I sent out my game Fire Emblem for the gameboy advance to a member of goozex. Unfortunatly, he wrote back that the game was not working. He suggested I cancel the trade instead of him giving me negative feedback. I canceled the trade and lost the points for the game I sent out. I requested for him to send it back but I got no reply. I even sent help messages to the administrators but they haven't replied at all. Any suggestions?
I don't know why you accepted to cancel when you already sent the game. Any negative feedback can be reviewed by the Goozex staff. My advise right now is to contact the Goozex staff using the following e-mail address: feedback @ goozex.com <no spaces>. Give them your username, the buyer's username, the game traded, and all e-mails/PM relevant to this trade.
Next time, when you have already sent out the game, do not agree to cancel. If they want to claim it does not work and leave negative feedback, contact Goozex and they will investigate by contacting both you and the other and having the game sent to them.
Good luck and post updates.

What he said.
Darn man, that sucks. As was stated above you should never cancel a trade when the game has been sent out. I would rather dispute the negative feeback than try to dispute whether a game was sent or not.
Hmmm... Why do people keep doing this?
I think it might be new users who don't know the system all too well. I don't think it's their fault they are just new to the system. I know if someone asked me to do that when I was new I would have been a little wary but would have taken very little to convince me to do so. Like I said when I was new, I know better than that now.

Goozex Forum Moderator I'm reading: nothing I'm watching: Becoming Jane I'm listening to: Eric Hutchinson & Marie Digby Join the Folding@Home Goozex team: Team Goozex #80197 We're talking to you PS3 and PC users.
Goozex has been known to make the user with the "broken" game, send it in to HQ. This prevents people from simply "claiming" any game they get is broken.
I contacted the admins and they told me to send a message back to him stating that they would be watching until the game is returned. I have one week for him to reply until I have to message them back. So now i'm waiting.
Wow this is interestin to read...anywayss wouldnt the pms in the goozex system good enough as hard proof that the buyer indeed ask for the cancellation..??

To my knowledge, the PM system doesn't allow for the G-Team to have free reign over our PMs...so that is why we must relay PMs to them if issues arise.
