Hey guys, I just thought I'd tell you that after pouring nearly 20 or 30 hours into designing my second CSS website, my Goomblog has officially opened its doors. This was my first time making a website in CSS from scratch and I spent tons of hours editing the CSS from Blogspot to make it fit my own design. I still will be adding to it, but it's now fully functional :)

My first blog is about how I just got a 60 GB PS3 from Gamefunk.com for only $349.99 .. I was skeptical of the offer but went ahead since it was a great price over all. My first part of the review is up if you care to read. Thanks!I plan to update daily with little gaming tidbits and such. Hope you'll check it out.Sincerely,JJ Parks :) aka "Goomba478"
Cool, hope the PS3 treats you well. Now we get to know more about the man behind the Goomba facade. ^__^

Very cool, Goomba. If you ever want to share links, my blog is at http://vgfive.wordpress.com. I'll add you to my links sometime today.

I've heard good things about Word Press actually. Cool to see someone using it. I just went with Blogspot because initially it seems easiest with the integration with Picasa and Adsense and such. I'm still figuring out the whole blog thing :) Still, I'm very happy with my custom design for now (though I do plan to add to it and change it from time to time). Do you have a banner or anything Tainted? If so let me know and I will add it to my blog right away. Thanks!
I now have a link bar similar to yours (though mine is on the left side of the page). Thanks so much for adding me so fast ^_^ If anyone else out there has a blog that would like to do a link swap let me know. Networking is where it's at these days. Thanks again!PS: Tainted it's funny, you posted about Assassin's Creed for the DS and I posted about the PS3/360 one today. Great minds think alike right? Maybe after reading your thoughts of AC I should rent it first before buying though. Time to give my Gamefly a try finally.
I don't have a banner or anything to give you, unfortunately. It's more just a hobby for me to pass time and write about things. Very good for self reflection when I'm writing down what I think about games and such.
If you have to decide onthe PS3 or 360 version of AC, they are almost identical. The 360 version has achievements, obviously, but both are pretty close in all the gameplay and presentation areas.

I agree, it was such a disappointing game. I had fun for a while, but afterwards, I just wanted to finish it and get it over with. I hope they address and change the repition of quests in their sequel.
I think the game is a rental, unless you want to do all that flag hunting and templar killing. Good luck Goomba. ^__^
The game looks stunning in screenshots and from what I've seen in trailers it looks gorgeous in motion. May be one of the games I pick up simply for the artistic merit of the game. I have heard it gets old quite fast and the missions aren't very diverse. I'm going to go ahead and rent it though (maybe for the 360 to get achievements) and if I like the game a real lot I'll consider keeping it from Gamefly for their "Keep it" Price. Though with all the games I have no from here on Goozex renting it probably is the most sane option ^_^Thanks for all the input guys! I really do appreciate it a ton.
Please DON'T RUIN IT FOR ME ^_^ I have heard that there is some kind of monumental twist with the game but please I beg you don't tell me the ending or anything. I hate spoilers :)

The twist is pretty much given away in the first 10 minutes, more or less.
Oops, sorry Goomba. Oh, then fair warning. Do not read Assassin's Creed on wikipedia. Gave away the ending without mentioning spoilers. *sad face*.
Going back to edit my previous post so if you somehow forget, you won't be reminded. ^__^
I'll just have to play it and quick. It's hard being a slow gamer and playing like 60+ simultaneous games and not finishing them at the same pace as others hehe. Very hard avoiding spoilers left and right for all the new releases. Glad to hear at least the twist is given early on ^_^ Definitely look forward to playing this one.
