Honeycomb Beat is not a rhythm game.  It is more like the puzzle "Lights Out" in hexagonal form.  The puzzles have a move limit.  The object is to turn over all tiles to the goal color.  if you tap a honeycomb cell, it flips it and the 6 surrounding hexes.  Aside from the various configurations, the game also has special tools that allow you do things like:  flip just one tile, flip an entire row, flip all tiles from this tile to the edge in a given direction.

Honeycomb Beat is a pretty good puzzler if you like Lights Out.  If you're not sure, research Lights Out prior to getting this game.  To live up to its rhythm-game wanna be status, there are special skins and songs to unlock.  I find that if you have a funky screen that won't calibrate, like I do, this one is hard to play.  If your touchscreen is perfect, you'll have no problems.
