Yeah I ended up doing te right thing and mailing the fake to goozex. I kinda believe in karma or whatever, and I ended up getting a legit copy anyways so =)

I'm two for two on pirated copies of Minish Cap. I ordered my first (and a copy of pokemon emerald) about a year ago from some random UK site for a total of $30, and could tell by looking at them the scanned box art was fake. My emerald save was mysteriously deleted twice, once 17 hours into the game, and then again 11 hours after. I gave up on Minish Cap because I didn't want to have the game ruined by having to play the beginning over and over again.
Now I just recieved one from an amazon seller, and after it deleted my save I found this post and sure enough, mine is one of the fake white-background copies. Third time's a charm, right? Although I do like the cartridge art on the white one a little bit more. Anyway thanks for posting the link, I hope I can get it exchanged.
