This game shouldn't be 500 should be like 100 the game is only 4.99

 Points also take into account rarity and demand for a title.

 Not sure about batman, but...

Look at Silent Hill 1 [ps], you might be able to find it in a bargin bin for $1, yet it's point value is through the roof because it's rare now a days.  Ebays selling disk only copies for $40!
